Left Turn - Turning Step, Traffic Step.
The left turn is the perfect step to get you out of trouble. (Unless you've been really bad!) If you are about to run into someone or something think left turn. If that doesn't help, do another one. Eventually you will find yourself out of trouble, facing a new direction.
On a really crowded dance floor this step can make an entire dance if you do it over and over and keep it nice and small.
The left turn is a perfect corner step, and so works perfectly with the forward Walk and Back Walk as the final step you need to get around a room.
Suggested Combination: Forward Walk, Back Walk down the floor. Left Turn in the corner to face a new direction. Continue with Forward Walk and Back Walk.
