DANCE! 365 Days of the Year: Web-based Company Brings Romance Home

Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - Chocolate mousse and cheesecake move over - you'll feel more deliciously satisfied dancing for dessert. DANCING FOR DESSERT is an online dance instruction website ideal for those wanting to put the 'woo' back into 'whoopee'. In the wake of Hollywood movies such as Shall We Dance? and Dirty Dancing, Havana Nights, DFD is a portal to the essence of romance, intimacy and hot, sexy fun. Man, woman, young or old, DFD introduces you to the fun, excitement and romance of dance, right in your own living room.

Featuring the basic steps for dances such as Salsa, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, and Swing, DFD uses the internet to introduce and engage people in the fun and romance of dance. Andrew McIntosh, president of DFD first envisioned DFD while teaching on a cruise ship where tourists were constantly requesting a way to access additional instructional support after group lessons. With two friends (all three professional dancers), McIntosh devised a solution where individuals could access dancing lessons from their own home, at their own convenience and at their own pace with minimal cost. The result is the DFD website, offering new dancers an exciting and effective transition into the glamorous world of dance.

DFD believes that dancing is for everyone. It is not only a wonderful way for couples to connect with one another, but also a great way for singles to engage. The ability to move to music is something people are born with. And while many people think they were born with two left feet the fact is, with a little instruction and a little practice anyone can learn to dance to the music.

McIntosh notes that, "Dancing is all about the good things in life - music, romance and being happy together. We think cheesecake is really good. Chocolate may be even better. But Dancing for Dessert is as good as it gets!"
